I use Norton Internet Security 2009 and it is very good. It runs so light you don’t know that’s it’s there. Mcafee has a lower detection rate than the other two plus it runs heavy and may slow down your computer. Extremesecuirty is new but the test I’ve seen on it, it did great. It beat out everyone except Norton. The tester had it as a tie between those two.
I looked at the features on Zonealarm and I don’t think any current Security software offers that much protection The ZoneAlarm® ForceField
feature is something no other suite offers. The fact that you browser can run in virtualization. Makes it very hard to get infected. I think I would try Zonealarm’s free trial and see how it works. I would worry about slows downs with it. If you don’t have big slow downs, It might be the way to go. Virtualization is something most users don’t know anything about. I’ve used Browser Virtualization for over two years, you just don’t get infected with it. I did used Forcefield when it was in beta and did not like the slow down while browsing. If they worked that out, Your machine will be protected better than most users. Don’t forget Zonealarm firewall is first rate.

I would use mcafee total protection cause that is what we used on our windows computer and it worked great. But if you have a mac you don’t need any because it already has a security system built in.
McAffe total protection 2009
I would not choose any of them actually, but I have read that Norton has improved alot this year and is a lot lighter than it used to be. I would not have Mcafee because it slows your computer down and I don’t know about Zonealarm. Why not trial the trial of Norton and then you could always go to Zonealarm if it isn’t what you want.
Norton Internet Security 2009 is very good and easy to be used, 10/10

That was a very long “hmm” from my side, as all internet security packages ( except Kaspersky package ) arent really something i d like to see for my protection…
Norton Anti-virus 2009 is great. Light weight, fast, efficient. Their firewall is garbage.
McAfee used to be very good, but now lacks at detection. I am not familiar with their firewall tho.
ZoneAlarm s firewall kinda lacked at current firewall tests, its not just as good as it was.
Personally, i wouldnt pick any of those.
Hope it helped.
