Zonealarm And which one is a better firewall in your opinion, free ZoneAlarm, or free Comodo?

most have been greyed out in ZA free version so i think this is what youre looking for, which is unfortunately not available in the free version. Comodo free is much much better than ZA. in fact most experts consider it as the best. However its not for those who are not into tweaks because it gives much pop up alerts relatively. To make the most of its security and efficacy, you need to tweak most of the settings and do user decision in many a processes it detects. ZA on the othe hand is in my opinion a basic FW program with less pop ups and user intervention unless you configure it to have lots of pop ups. If youre into alerts, go for comodo, otherwise online armot even the free version ould be an excellent alternative for comodo. outpost firewall too is another optionrather than ZA
